Do you sell to trade customers?
Yes. Please contact us at sales@jamm21.com or call on 01202 309 928 to discuss opening a trade account with us.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK only. We use a carbon neutral tracked and insured 24hr service. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
Do you provide warranty?

What is manufacturer refurbished?
Manufacturer refurbished stock is usually from cancelled orders or change of mind returns. It has had very little to no usage at all. It may be in it's original retail box or have been re-boxed into a generic brown box. This is done for data protection purposes if the items have had shipping labels attached to them. Can you source stock not listed on your website?
Yes. We have several partners that we can source products from so please do give us a call or send us a message if you can't see what you are looking for on our site.
Do you do repairs?
Yes, we are happy to offer advice and can complete repairs. Please contact us to discuss any requirements you have.
