Shipping policy

Jamm21 Ltd will ship items purchased before 1pm the same day using a tracked 24 hour service (UK Mainland only. Times vary for Scottish Highlands and non UK Mainland).

Shipping of all items is free to UK Mainland customers. Non UK Mainland customers please contact us for a shipping quote, please note this includes The Scottish Highlands.

As standard we will only ship items from Monday to Thursday, This is due to  an increased risk to stock held by couriers over the weekend. However if you require shipment of an item on Friday for delivery Monday, please contact us, we are willing and able to make an exception to this if necessary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the couriers.

We request that our customers check their item for damage within 24hours of receipt. This enables us to make a claim against the courier should damage in transit have occurred. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. We may require you to make a statement with the courier.
