Warranty Terms
Jamm21 Ltd complies with all UK & EU returns regulations, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further information.
In addition to this Jamm21 Ltd provides warranty with all products sold on our website.
Please refer to the individual listing for the associated warranty length and type.
General Warranty Terms
The terms and conditions set out below apply to all warranty types regardless of length:
- All warranties will only cover the original hardware purchased.
- Any device sold containing a built-in display will come with a standard pixel guarantee, unless faulty pixels are stated in the original listing. This means if 6 or more pixel faults develop over time and within the warranty period it will be covered under the warranty.
- Warranty will apply to any failures or malfunctions which occur during the warranty period and under normal use conditions which are faults due to a material or workmanship defect.
- Warranty claims will not be accepted for faults listed in the original listing.
- Warranty claims will not be accepted for accidental damage of any kind, unless this damage occurred during transit arranged by Jamm21 Ltd. Further information on this can be found in our Shipping Policy.
- Warranty claims will not be accepted for items that have been incorrectly maintained, neglected, tampered with or serviced by an unauthorised individual, including the fitting of additional components not supplied by Jamm21 Ltd, whether through faulty components or incorrect fitting.
- Warranty claims should be submitted to Jamm21 Ltd in writing to: sales@jamm21.com or by mail to: 21 Shaftesbury Road, Bournemouth, Dorset. BH8 8SS.
- Jamm21 Ltd will confirm the serial number of the hardware before accepting any warranty claim.
- Jamm21 Ltd may require the customer to complete troubleshooting. An in-house engineer will guide the customer through any checks or tests required.
- Warranties cannot be transferred without prior agreement from Jamm21 Ltd to be confirmed in writing.
Manufacturer Warranties
For any items listed with a manufacturer warranty please refer to the relevant manufacturers terms for warranty information.
Jamm21 Ltd Return To Base Warranty Terms.
The terms and conditions set out below apply to Jamm21 Ltd’s Return to Base (RTB) Warranty regardless of length:
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Jamm21 Ltd will not accept liability for loss of or damage to the item which occurs in the hands of the customer's chosen courier. Jamm21 Ltd recommends that buyers use a tracked and insured service at all times to return items.
- On receipt of the item Jamm21 Ltd will test and confirm the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed a Repair, Replacement or Refund will be offered (in that order).
- Jamm21 Ltd will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer.
- If the customer notices a fault on return of the item, please contact Jamm21 Ltd within 7 days of receipt.
Parts & Labour Warranty
The terms and conditions set out below apply to Jamm21 Ltd.'s Parts & Labour Warranty regardless of length:
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Jamm21 Ltd will not accept liability for loss of or damage to the item which occurs in the hands of the customer's chosen courier. Jamm21 Ltd recommends that buyers use a tracked and insured service at all times to return items.
- Jamm21 Ltd will repair or replace any component part which is defective or that malfunctions when the item is returned for Inspection by us within the warranty period.
- This warranty does not include a refund of the purchase price.
- Jamm21 Ltd will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer.
- If the customer notices a fault on return of the item, please contact Jamm21 Ltd within 7 days of receipt.
